VinBus's fare matches local regulations and will be equivalent to traditional bus fares. For instance: tickets may range from 7,000 to 9,000 VND in Hanoi, whereas for HCMC the range is 3,000-7,000 VND.

The vehicle is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and a designated space for the disabled, entering from the back door. The elderly and pregnant women will be given priority seats at the front of the cabin.

The bus is a public transport serving the community, to avoid disturbing other passengers, pets will not be allowed on the bus.
